The missives flagged discrepancies between the TDS credit in their Form 26AS and the amount they claimed while filing their income tax returns. The company has told workers the tax department would reprocess their ITRs to resolve the issue.
RBI cancels NBFC registration certificatesThe Reserve Bank of India cancelled the registration certificates of four non-banking financial companies on Friday under under Section 45-IA (6) of the RBI Act. Thirteen other NBFCs have surrendered their licenses to the central bank.
